While working for KMB Group, I was responsible for developing the KMB Brand Book, The Brand Manual as well as marketing collateral for a real estate project, La Palazzo, by KMB Group. I worked closely with Mr. Ramesh Bulchandani, the chairman of KMB Group, and his son, Nityn Bulchandani, who is the acting Business Development Manager.

The brief was to create a brochure for the project, a floor plan brochure specifically showcasing each of the houses offered within the project, and finally, a unique website that would stand out amongst numerous other real estate websites, which would reflect the ideals of the project and it's identity.

Using a graphic language that imitates the values of a coffee table book, I used big, bold imagery juxtaposed with delicate type in simple layouts that employ the use of layers to create a hierarchy of information.
